Vocal Painting is a non-verbal communication system that lets the singers and the conductor to improvize in harmony with the rest of the choir.

This singing language that consists of 75 signs was created by Jim Daus Hjernøe, who is a professor at Denmark Royal Academy of Music.

In this workshop, we learn 30 signs with improvized melodies and we step into a unique musical world.

In this workshop you’ll find tips and tricks which you can use in every performance. The stage is ready for you!

You’ll give a wonderful concert at Vokal Akademi when you complete this masterclass!
